Popping Yolk Café has officially opened a new company-owned location on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, a neighborhood full of color, energy, creativity, and people who love to gather.
For us, this opening feels like more than just a new address. It is the beginning of our West Hollywood chapter. This smaller Melrose space is our first home in the neighborhood, a place where we can start serving the community, sharing our brunch, and becoming part of its everyday rhythm.
At the same time, it is also the first step toward something bigger. Across the street, we are already preparing for our future flagship location, a larger home for Popping Yolk Café that we plan to move into about a year from now. Once it is ready, this new building will become our true West Hollywood flagship, created to bring an even fuller and more elevated Popping Yolk experience to Melrose.
Until then, we are happy to begin here, softly and sincerely, serving this neighborhood one plate, one cup, and one sunny morning at a time.
