A proven business model 

We decided to operate Popping Yolk Cafe only during breakfast and lunch hours. Opening for shorter hours doesn’t necessarily mean less sales traffic; in fact, it can lead to the same or higher levels of business. In addition, high concentrated traffic volume during short business hours can be advantageous as it allows for easy single-shift operation management and the ability to be home for dinner. There may also be less competition during early operating hours.

Starting a restaurant business without an experienced kitchen team can be challenging. Yet, we believe that easy management systems and efficient training programs to simplify business operations are other keys to success. Therefore, with well-established training guidelines, Popping Yolk Cafe only requires an entry-level kitchen team with a simple and full-scale training program that typically takes 150 to 250 hours, depending on experience and ability to run the operation smoothly.
