Many years ago, on a New Year’s Eve, we shared a bottle of sparkling wine while counting down to a new beginning.
What stayed with us was not the price of the bottle or how rare it was. It was the feeling around it. The laughter at the table, the joy of being together, and that hopeful little moment when the ordinary suddenly felt special.
Years later, when Popping Yolk Café began offering sparkling wine, we found ourselves wanting to bring that feeling back. We wanted something that could carry the same sense of celebration and togetherness, while also feeling right for our table: light, bright, and easy to enjoy with brunch.That is what led us to Italian sparkling wine. Its crisp and refreshing character pairs beautifully with our breakfast and brunch menu. It is never too heavy, but just enough to make a sunny plate, a slow morning, or a gathering with friends feel a little more special.
Because to us, this was never just about adding wine to the menu. It was about bottling a feeling: anticipation, laughter, togetherness, and the simple joy of having something worth raising a glass to.
